Our client is one of the Nation’s
oldest in their industry. They are
looking for a direct hire full time Help Desk Specialist. The majorities of their users are extremely
computer savvy and have advanced knowledge of most commercial software
applications and tools. They are looking
for an even more technically savvy support professional to support their higher
level issues. This is not just
re-setting passwords and showing users how to turn on computers.
On a day to day basis the
Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing quality software and
system support for approximately 500 users.
The qualifying candidate
must have the following skills and experience;
· 1 -2+ years of
professional help desk experience supporting hardware and software
· Must have
excellent customer service skills
· Should have some
desktop support experience
· Excellent troubleshooting
skills with multiple software packages and Windows based applications
· Associates degree
in IT or related is preferred
