With the goal of providing high quality Information Technology contract resources to a broad range of clients, Ron Peters and Paul Eastmer formed PSI in 1980. The acquisition of a major direct placement services firm in 1992 allowed PSI to offer direct placement service, in addition to contract consulting, to an ever-expanding client base within our primary cities of Buffalo, Cleveland and Rochester. Our reputation for providing the business community with high quality, ethical personnel services has helped to develop highly satisfied clients and applicants.

Today, celebrating over twenty years of excellence, PSI continues to rise above the competition through a process of continuing improvement. Governed by high ethical and moral standards, Greg Eastmer has instilled a business motto of never being satisfied with previous success and of always looking to improve the relationships that exist between our clients, our employees, our candidates and PSI.

PSI employees are encouraged to "give back" at every opportunity. PSI employees actively participate in events and organizations that benefit the community as a whole. Among others, PSI currently participates in InfoTech Niagara, The New Millennium Group and the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership. Each year, we also donate a fixed amount to charitable organizations including Roswell Park Cancer Institute, The Boys/Girls Clubs and United Way. Our "Dream Realized" is not the business itself, but the effect the business has on the community.
