Recently, one of our candidates found himself being "bullied" by a recruiter. Be more than just a name and number in some slippery recruiter's rolodex - call PSI for quality, ethical service today.
What do job searchers look for in a recruiting firm?
A good recruiter:
- Interviews each candidate to determine what he/she is looking for in a job.
- LISTENS TO THE NEEDS OF THE CANDIDATE.
- Never charges a fee to the candidate for the placement service.
- Returns phone calls, email, etc. in a timely fashion.
- Presents only those opportunities that MEET the candidate's career objectives.
- Will always ASK THE CANDIDATE BEFORE credentials are presented to the client.
- Will research all possible aspects of a job offer before it is presented to the candidate for a decision. This includes not only the salary but benefits, perks, and the long-term direction of the position.
- Will present an "offer comparison" which objectively details all the reasons why you should (or shouldn't) accept the offer.
- Displays an honest, ethical approach to finding your next career opportunity.
PSI presents our candidates in a PROFESSIONAL manner. If you are working with a recruiter who doesn't follow these simple courtesies, it is your decision to find someone who will.
