• Interviews each candidate to determine what he/she is looking for in a job.
• LISTENS TO THE NEEDS OF THE CANDIDATE.

• Returns phone calls, email, etc. in a timely fashion.
• Presents only those opportunities that MEET the candidate's career objectives.
• Will always ASK THE CANDIDATE BEFORE credentials are presented to the client.
• Will research all possible aspects of a job offer before it is presented to the candidate for a decision. This includes not only the salary but benefits, perks, and the long-term direction of the position.
• Will present an "offer comparison" which objectively details all the reasons why you should (or shouldn't) accept the offer.
• Displays an honest, ethical approach to finding your next career opportunity.
